"Something felt a little off with the promo"
The promo looked good at first, but once the terms finally showed up later, my gut told me it wasn’t as straightforward as it seemed. I just wish the details had been clearer upfront.

"Wish the payment options were better"
I was ready to buy, but the payment options ended up being really frustrating. My usual card didn’t work, and there wasn’t an easy backup option to use instead. I wish it had been simpler, because I would’ve gone through with the purchase, but I ended up giving up.

I tried using enjox.com, but the privacy and security stuff just didn’t feel clear to me. I kept thinking, why is this so complicated just to understand what happens with my data? The site gave me a weird vibe, so I stopped using it quickly. Maybe other people won’t mind, but I personally didn’t feel safe trusting it

"Cashout is taking forever"
I’m still waiting for my cashout and it’s frustrating. It’s already taken way longer than I expected, and on top of that the reminders feel way too aggressive. Not a great experience so far.

"Pretty solid bonus value overall"
I thought the bonus value was actually decent. It felt like you get a fair amount back, whether you’re using it for a small order, trying something new, grabbing an extra item, or just saving a bit on stuff you were already going to buy anyway. Not the most amazing bonus ever, but definitely good enough that I noticed it.

"Maybe it’s just me, but the quality felt poor"
I ordered from Enjox maybe it’s just me, but the product didn’t feel nearly as nice as it looked in the pictures. Once I had it in hand, it felt kind of cheap and poorly made, with thin material and a few small marks in the finish.

After using it for only a little while, it already started showing wear, which was really disappointing. For the price, I expected something better. I wouldn’t buy it again because it just didn’t feel worth the money.

"Deposit took way longer than I thought"
I was trying to make a deposit and it got annoying because the payment just sat there showing as pending for hours, I kept refreshing over and over thinking maybe it would update, then I reached out to support and they did reply but the explanation wasn’t super clear, so I was kind of left guessing what was happening the whole time. It eventually worked, so I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

At first glance, the site looks fine, but as a customer, I didn’t feel completely comfortable using it. Some of the information wasn’t as clear as I’d expect, and I had to click around more than I wanted just to figure things out. Other customers might have a smoother experience, but for me, it still needs to feel a bit more transparent before I’d really trust it

I tried enjox.com, and the boxes are fine overall. I just thought there would be a little more variety. A few of the options felt similar, and after browsing for a bit, it started to feel kind of repetitive. It’s not bad or anything, just not super exciting either. I think it would be a lot better if they added more different types of boxes.

"Works on my phone, just kind of slow"
I used it on my phone and yeah, it works. Pages load, buttons do what they’re supposed to. But it feels a little clunky. A bit slow here and there. Not terrible, just not super smooth.

"Odds Felt Too Unclear for Me"
I didn’t really feel comfortable using Enjox because the odds weren’t presented clearly. I’m careful about anything involving risk, so I want to know exactly what I’m agreeing to before I make a move. Instead, I felt like I had to click around too much just to understand the basics. It didn’t feel transparent enough for me.

"Box prices were kind of a shock"
I checked out the box prices they felt way too high for what was included. Maybe I was expecting more, I don’t know, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. The packaging looked fine and all, but the price kept bugging me. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

"Using this site was such a frustrating..."
Using this site was such a frustrating experience. The pages were confusing, nothing felt easy to find, and the checkout took forever. I kept thinking it would get better if I just kept going, but now I feel kind of stupid for trusting them in the first place.

"Couldn’t even get signed up"
I tried creating an account, but the email verification code never showed up. I resent it a couple of times and still couldn’t get past that step. I’ve signed up for plenty of apps before without this kind of issue, so this was a frustrating first impression.

"Took way longer than expected"
My order did eventually show up, but the shipping took way too long. I kept checking the tracking and just... yeah, it was frustrating. Not really happy with how long I had to wait.

"refund took forever honestly"
I ordered from enjox.com and ended up needing a refund... and yeah it was kind of a pain. The whole thing just felt slow, I had to message them more than once and the replies took a while which got annoying. I did get my money back in the end, so at least there’s that, but it took way longer than I thought it would. Not the worst ever, but they really need to sort out how they handle refunds

I ordered a gift from enjox.com thinking it would arrive by the date they showed, but the delivery date kept changing. The tracking didn’t help at all either (it basically just sat there for days with no useful update).

When I contacted support, they took a while to reply and pretty much just told me to wait. It finally showed up, but way too late to be useful, so I wouldn’t use them again for anything time-sensitive.

I contacted support about my issue, but it still hasn’t been sorted out. The replies have been slow, and I’m a bit confused about the timeline at this point. One message made it sound like something would happen soon, then I didn’t hear much after that, so I’m just stuck waiting without a clear answer

"Verification was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried getting my account verified, but the whole process just kept dragging on with no clear end in sight. The tone from support didn’t exactly make me feel like they were trying to help either, which made it even more annoying. After waiting around for way too long, I just gave up.
